Long-term environmental concerns and awareness of health & safety are an integral part of the rigid internal training programme introduced to all of our employees and everyone associated with our business.
We truly believe that sustainability is everyone’s responsibility! We now hold a ‘Gold’ membership with Supply Chain Sustainability School and are in the process of working towards ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 accreditations.
Compliance is a crucial part of the candidate screening process. To fully satisfy Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 and Home Office regulatory and legal requirements we ensure prior to commencing employment each candidate is fully compliant. Additionally frequent compliance project visits or in-house meetings to continuously monitor legal compliance of our candidates are in place.
Required CSCS/CPCS, NVQs or any other qualifications are always obtained from every candidate. Additionally, if required and when needed, we are able to provide our candidates with CSCS renewal tests within our in-house testing centre; or any other courses that might be relevant to the position they are applying for. Once legally agreed to share, these are available to the client.
